Machined Components.

Drawing-controlled components sourced through suitable machining routes with material, process, inspection and documentation aligned.

PRODUCT OVERVIEW

Defined by the requirement.

We coordinate the sourcing route around material, condition, dimensions, quantity, applicable standard, inspection, documentation and delivery. Manufacturing and processing routes are selected to suit the complete requirement.

QUALITY & DOCUMENTATION

Control from enquiry to release.

Bhansali reviews requirements and documentation. QA/QC is coordinated by the in-house Bhansali team, material testing is verified through independent laboratories, and third-party inspection can be coordinated through agencies such as TÜV, SGS and Lloyd’s.

Review can include material certificates, heat traceability, manufacturing records, dimensional reports, NDE, test results, marking, packing and the final documentation package.
