Sheet Metal Components.
Sheet-metal components sourced from drawing and functional requirements through cutting, forming, joining and finishing routes.
Defined by the requirement.
We coordinate the sourcing route around material, condition, dimensions, quantity, applicable standard, inspection, documentation and delivery. Manufacturing and processing routes are selected to suit the complete requirement.
| Form / type | Sourcing context |
|---|---|
| Cut blanks | Laser, waterjet, plasma or precision blanking routes. |
| Formed components | Bent, rolled, deep-drawn or stamped geometries. |
| Welded fabrications | Joined sheet and plate assemblies with controlled sequence. |
| Finished enclosures | Fabricated, treated, marked and assembled housings or panels. |
Materials in product context.
| Material family | Representative grades | Product / standard route | Typical application context |
|---|---|---|---|
| Stainless Steel | 304/304L, 316/316L, 430 | Sheet, coil and strip | Enclosures, food equipment and process fabrications |
| Aluminium | 5052, 5754, 6061 | Sheet and plate | Lightweight panels, housings and transport parts |
