Welding Wires & Electrodes.
Welding consumables sourced against base material, process, position, shielding, procedure and service condition.
Defined by the requirement.
We coordinate the sourcing route around material, condition, dimensions, quantity, applicable standard, inspection, documentation and delivery. Manufacturing and processing routes are selected to suit the complete requirement.
| Form / type | Sourcing context |
|---|---|
| Solid wire and rods | GTAW, GMAW and submerged-arc filler-metal routes. |
| Covered electrodes | SMAW consumables by classification and coating type. |
| Flux-cored wire | Gas-shielded or self-shielded process routes. |
| Strip and flux systems | Cladding and surfacing consumables supplied as matched systems. |
Materials in product context.
| Material family | Representative grades | Product / standard route | Typical application context |
|---|---|---|---|
| Stainless Steel | ER308L, ER309L, ER316L; E308L/E309L/E316L | Solid wire, rods and covered electrodes | Fabrication, joining and dissimilar-metal welds |
| Duplex Stainless | ER2209/E2209; grade-specific routes | Wire, rod and electrodes | Duplex piping, vessels and offshore fabrications |
| Nickel Alloys | ERNiCr-3, ERNiCrMo-3, ERNiCrMo-4 and matched electrodes | Wire, rod and electrodes | Corrosion-resistant joining and overlays |
| Carbon/Low-alloy Steel | ER70S families; E7018; Cr-Mo classifications | Solid, flux-cored and covered consumables | Structural, pressure and power fabrication |
